- All orders (Ground / Will-Call & Air) take up to 24 hours to process before being shipped out (except weekends). In most case, the orders will be shipped out within the same business day or no later than the next day after the orders are confirmed by customers and the payment terms are approved by eWireless accounting department.
- All orders to be shipped by AIR (UPS & FEDEX) will be processed on the same business day (MON-FRI), only if the orders are confirmed by customers and the payment terms are approved by the accounting department before 2:00PM (Eastern Standard Time).
- You will be notified by email once your order is shipped out, along with the tracking number and invoice.
- Orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam will be required to be shipped by AIR only.
- Please note that your order and information within your order cannot be changed or cancelled once it is confirmed and invoiced.
- In order to serve you better, eWireless is opened Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST. WE ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS and HOLIDAYS, therefore we DO NOT process orders during WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS.
